  1. I don't have a route-what should I do?
    First of all-it is essential to get one going now! We provide training and advice to get you going by laying down the ground work.

  2. What about retention-how do you raise the bar?
    By combining customer service and a marketing plan that provides what we like to call stability insurance.

  3. On-site training, is it costly and what do you charge?
    Simple put,it depends on needs and length of service needed. But it usually averages between $500 to $1000 a day.

  4. How many days do you typically spend on training?
    Anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks.

  5. I need operational assistance, can you help?
    We can provide coaching for everything except production issues.

  6. What is your ongoing coaching entail?
    We can coach, consult you on a monthly basis for a small fee so that you have ongoing, quick and live responsoe to those issues that seem to "pop" up everywhere.
