Voted Route Pro Manager of the Year in 2012! At BEST Cleaners, he successfully increased the routes and strengthened their route team before bringing his expertise to The Route Pros. In October 2020, Mark was privileged to surpass 1000 Ride-Along training sessions with many of our industry's finest Route Professionals. Mark’s specialty is increasing route sales by providing continuous positive reinforcement, retention strategies and consistent face-to-face selling.

The KnockfatherJames Peuster

Known as "The Knockfather," James enters his 22nd year in the industry. He has visited over 300 facilities as well as creating Route Pros University in Kansas City. He started Dry Cleaning To You in Kansas City, which grew yearly over 20-25%. James has been a writer for National Clothesline for over 15 years and has spoken at over 100 conferences as well. He provides training at Route Pros University, where 90% of the graduates are still employed with their current cleaner.

Jennifer Whitmarsh is our Customer Service Route Pro! She has over 20 years of experience in the industry. From working the front counters, to Chief Experience officer, to owning a drycleaner in Buffalo, NY; she provides professional coaching for CSR's or retail managers and develops custom processes for your company to create raving fans! Jen's skill of developing people, results in your business development.

Director, Route Pros Leadership CouncilBrian Fish

Growing up within the garment care industry Brian has worked within and managed the Commercial Laundry Team, Dry Cleaning Production Team, Customer Service Team, Route Team, and Management Team for Pier Cleaners. These experiences provide him the perfect blend of understanding the team perspective as well as the management perspective of setting goals, getting the job done right, and getting the job done efficiently. As a Route Pro member, Brian can assist with strategies to help you reach your goals.
