The Route Pros are providing an in-depth sales management benefit exclusively to our Members. This is a great opportunity for you and your Route Drivers to experience an ongoing, personal and professional management program.

This program is designed to have James Peuster coach, lead, manage and measure your drivers to provide the accountivation (motivation & accountability) balance needed for success in 2024 and beyond!
James will lead two meetings a month exclusively for your Route team. (Zoom) (1 hour each) ($300 value)
4 Route Pros University sessions on-line per year ($1200 value)
2 Free days onsite (travel reimbursements not included) ($1500 value)
Ongoing Indeed headhunting when needed for additional team members ($3600 value)
Managing / Measuring Sales Rabbit program for sales attempts and proactive client retention
Your investment (Route Pros Members only qualify): $1000 a month, one year commitment
